Anastasiya Shevchenko

2004
Since 2004, Anastasiya has built an impressive career in the financial and HR sectors. She began in banking, holding key leadership roles at UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group, UniCredit Bank, and Oschadbank. Under her leadership, these institutions achieved top-five and even top-two market positions, driven by business projects and client solutions she developed—many of which remain groundbreaking and have since been adopted in other European countries.
2012– 2016
From 2012 to 2016, Anastasiya served as Head of Business Development at Visa Inc., where she led high-impact national initiatives and product innovations. In 2017, she founded Fintech Solutions, a consulting and educational company, before becoming a partner at Adecco Ukraine / Global HR Solutions. She was appointed CEO in December 2017.
2020
In 2020, following the signing of an exclusive partnership with LHH, the global leader in outplacement and talent development, Anastasiya was appointed Regional Director for five countries. By 2025, her role expanded further as she became LHH Group Country Manager for seven countries across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
2023
In July 2023, under her leadership, the company committed a €1 million investment to support internally displaced persons (IDPs), veterans, families of fallen soldiers, and refugees returning to Ukraine by helping them secure employment — a program that will continue into 2026.

    Future with Respect and Gratitude: Veteran Career Program
    Global HR Solutions is launching the national initiative “Future with Respect and Gratitude: Veteran Career Program,” designed to provide veterans with free professional support, mentorship, and guided assistance in exploring new career opportunities. Built on leading international practices, the program helps participants strengthen their professional competencies, maintain psychological resilience, and confidently plan the next steps of their career development. Through partnerships with employers and the business community, Global HR Solutions opens pathways for veterans to secure meaningful employment or launch their own entrepreneurial ventures.

    “Win Talent back to Ukraine”
    With support from USAID, Global HR Solutions implemented the nationwide initiative “Return Talent to Ukraine” throughout 2023–2024 to help Ukrainians affected by the war re-enter active professional life in Ukraine. Participants — including veterans, internally displaced persons, families of fallen service members, and Ukrainians returning from abroad — completed a three-month program where, together with trainers and career coaches, they re-evaluated their experience, developed a new professional profile, and acquired modern job-search and career-building tools. By collaborating with employers across the country, Global HR Solutions connects program graduates with real job opportunities, strengthening Ukrainian businesses and helping people regain financial stability and a sense of security.
