The main purpose of the visit is to exchange experience, establish new partnerships, and learn about the best practices of European financial and technology companies. It will contribute to expanding cooperation between Ukrainian fintech companies and European companies, attracting investment, and developing Ukraine’s financial and technology sector.

Representatives of the Ukrainian fintech sector participated in meetings with Business Finland, EdTech Finland, and Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, learned about trends in financial and technology markets during Tech Arena in Sweden, participated in B2B meetings, and discussed opportunities for cooperation with Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, Stockholm Fintech, Helsinki Think Company, and others. They strengthened business ties and opened up new opportunities for international partnerships.

“As part of the Ukrainian delegation from the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies, I visited Finland and Sweden to establish new partnerships and exchange experiences on behalf of Global HR Solutions,” says Anastasia Shevchenko. “I was very impressed by Tech Arena 2025 (Stockholm, Sweden). I can definitely recommend this annual event — easy access to all stages, good navigation, a very convenient app for events with all the details and individual schedules, and, of course, a great opportunity to find partners from many companies around the world. There were many presentations on AI, deep fakes, cybersecurity, as well as sustainability and startup culture for future competitiveness.”

The EU4Business program, funded by the European Union and the German government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Civitta continues to play a key role in supporting Ukraine’s economic development by helping local businesses enter the international arena.
