Anastasia Shevchenko, CEO of Global HR Solutions, was one of the key speakers at the second specialized RAU HR Conference 2025 event for HR directors, recruitment teams, top managers, and CEOs of companies from various retail sectors, which took place at the Parkovy Exhibition Center.

The main theme of the conference was “Labor market transformations in wartime: challenges and strategies for workforce regeneration.” More than 120 companies attended this specialized event.

Anastasia Shevchenko’s presentation was titled “Challenges in the labor market. Effective strategies for attracting talent.” In it, she answered key and pressing questions:

  • How is the labor market changing in Ukraine and around the world?
  • What methods work to attract and retain the best specialists?
  • How can HR strategy be adapted to the new realities?

Anastasia Shevchenko shared practical solutions and insights that will help businesses attract talent even in difficult times. She began her presentation with key points from Davos 2025: technology and AI, the transition from hiring based on education to hiring based on the speed at which a person is able to retrain, the importance of retraining and continuous learning, and the battle for talent, i.e., how to attract, integrate, and retain employees from around the world.

The CEO of Global HR Solutions presented key figures from the Future of Jobs Report 2025: 39% of skills in 2025-2030 will become obsolete and transform, 59% of people will need to be retrained by 2030, 63% of employers cite skills shortages as the main challenge for 2025-2030, and 85% of employers prioritize upskilling and reskilling strategies. Among the most important professional skills, she named analytical thinking, resilience, flexibility, agility, leadership qualities and social influence, the ability to work with AI, big data, cybersecurity, and technological literacy.
