The HR management company Lugera Ukraine will operate under a new brand name – Global HR Solutions

H R Solutions LLC (formerly Adecco Ukraine), a stable and reliable HR partner in Ukraine for the local and global needs of international clients, will operate under a new brand, Global HR Solutions, starting in February 2025. Legal procedures related to trademark registration are currently being finalized.

“Our company has been operating in Ukraine for the past 18 years, since 2007,” says Anastasia Shevchenko, CEO and co-owner of Global HR Solutions (formerly Adecco Ukraine). “The market in Ukraine is extremely challenging right now, and we have a huge shortage of people, so we don’t just provide services to our clients, we have become partners and consultants, looking for creative solutions so that our clients can survive and continue to operate in Ukraine. Under these conditions, we felt that we needed a name that was simple and understandable for the market. We will continue to develop under the Global HR Solutions brand, which, in our opinion, best reflects the essence of the company’s activities. In 2024, a number of important changes took place, in particular, the beneficiaries and our legal name changed. The change of ownership was a logical and conscious step, as we had very different visions for the further strategic development of the company in Ukraine. At the same time, the top management and the composition of our professional team remained unchanged. Our mission also remains the same: to be the number one sustainable and reliable international HR partner in Ukraine for your local and global needs in 60+ countries.

We will continue to provide services to both Ukrainian businesses and international companies in Europe, the UK, and the US. Our key principle remains unchanged: conducting transparent, ethical business, only in white, with full compliance with tax obligations, supporting the country’s defense capabilities, and assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We require the same approach from our clients and business partners.”

According to Anastasia Shevchenko, the list of services currently actively provided by the company in Ukraine will remain unchanged. It includes outstaffing, outsourcing, personnel leasing, HR administration, payroll calculation, talent recruitment services for all levels of positions, leadership and talent development programs, etc.

The management of Global HR Solutions emphasizes that the change of brand name does not require any additional actions on the part of the company’s clients, such as renegotiating contracts, reissuing documents, etc. In addition, all managers who previously served clients will continue to work in their positions.
